As a small family-owned business and parents, we understand your time and investment is valuable. We strive to make your planning as smooth and easy as possible. We are fully licensed and insured. We bring the highest standards of service to each of our clients. All of our rentals and equipment are thoroughly inspected, disinfected, sanitized and maintained to ensure our clients have the best. Our scope of work, quality, safety measures, and commitment to our clients is what sets us apart.

Please be advised, we work on a first come first serve basis. We cannot secure your date until we receive a signed contract agreement and a non-refundable deposit. 

We are only to set up on flat and stable surfaces. Grass, concrete, asphalt, pavement, indoor, wood, tile, cement, gymnasium floor, are a few examples of suitable surface types. 

Area must be clear of debris, rocks, dirt, sand, gravel, waste, and sharp objects that may damage the bounce unit and equipment.

Area must allow for at least 7 feet clearance on all sides of bounce house, bubble house, and/or ball pit. This is a required "landing zone" for safety. Example: 12x10x12 ft. bounce house must have an area clearance of at least 17x17 ft.

Rentals and equipment cannot be on or near water as it does not float and is powered by an electric blower. 

Area must be within 75 ft. of an electrical outlet/power source. Customers are responsible for ensuring an electrical power source. If there is no power source or should you need to rent our generator, the fee is $75. 

Rentals cannot be near a fire or heat source, such as BBQs, fire pits, and/or heat lamps, etc. 

Our service and travel includes delivery, on-site set up/installation, clean up of any equipment by our team (we do not clean up any trash from the event), striking and disposal of balloons (if requested), and pick up/haul away (if necessary). 

We require a minimum of one (1) hour for bounce house, bubble house, or ball pit set up. A minimum of two (2) hours before start time is required for balloon decor installation and/or package booking (I.E., bounce house and ball pit, bubble house and bounce house, bubble house and balloons, etc.). Please be advised, additional time may be required due to size of installation. Rush installation (if we are not allowed the minimum required time), may incur rush fees. 

If you have a preferred set up time, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time. If additional time is required, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Service and travel fee is calculated based on round trip travel from Corona, 92882. 

A non-refundable deposit of 50% from the total is required at time of booking. Deposit is required to secure your date and rentals. A refundable security fee of $150 will be added in the total and will be part of the deposit. Refundable security fee will be refunded when final inspection of our rental(s) are satisfactory. Please allow us 7-10 days for refund. 

If additional cleaning is required (aside from our normal standard deep cleaning) due to failure to follow play rules (see our Play Rules), refundable security fee will not be refunded. If damage(s) result to our equipment requiring repair or total replacement, the fee will apply towards the repair or replacement cost. AIR PLAY LLC will provide the remaining balance and have the right to pursue the cost of repair or total replacement for item(s). 

We accept credit cards, debit, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Please be advised, credit card payments will have a 5% transaction fee. If paying in cash, please have exact change as we do not carry change with us.

Final balance must be paid 48 hrs. before the event date. Cash payment can be made on the day of event upon arrival and BEFORE our team set up. 

We are fully licensed and insured so we set up at parks and venues. 

Additional fee of $100 may apply for proof of liability insurance. 

It is your responsibility to ensure there is a reliable power source within 75 ft. of the set up area. We provide a generator rental for $75. 

Please check for any permits and guidelines that are required for parks or venues. It is your responsibility to communicate what we will need to provide. We are not responsible for any fees associated with securing permits. In the event we arrive and cannot set up at the venue/park due to issues that are not our responsibility, we will not issue any refund. 

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your date and rental(s). In case where you would need to cancel or reschedule. The deposit will be credited towards a reschedule ONCE ONLY,  for a future date without an additional deposit. 

AIR PLAY reserve the right to cancel at any time if it is determined that conditions are unsafe prior to your event date or in case of emergency. The safety of your guests and children is important. Customers are eligible for a full refund if AIRPLAY cancels your reservation for any reason that is no fault to the customer. 

We will require repair costs if any damage to our rentals occur and is deemed repairable. Full cost replacement is required if rentals cannot be repaired.  

Please ensure the safety rules are followed. The safety of your children and guests are important. Failure to follow the play rules may result in injury and/or damage to the bounce unit(s) and equipment.

• NO JUMPING ON THE FRONT STEP OF THE BOUNCE HOUSE
• NO PULLING OR HANGING FROM THE WALLS OR NETS
• IF WATER ACTIVITIES ARE NEARBY, PLEASE DRY OFF BEFORE ENTERING
