Event planning, corporate events - $1200+ 

 Balloons Only - Minimum starts at $550. Includes 15ft of balloons with 3 colors. 

balloon decor - Minimum starts at $750. Includes one backdrop arch of choice, 10ft of balloons with 3 colors. 

Pick Up Balloon Garland - Minimum starts at $150. Includes 5ft of balloons with 3 colors. MUST PICK UP IN CORONA 92882. 

*Additional footage and/or color for balloons is $30 per foot. Service, travel, and tax are not included with prices. 

Our event planning, corporate events service starts $1200. Fees will include one one one consultation, design for event to desired theme/vision, sourcing and reserving vendors (up to 6), budget tracking, schedule and coordinate with vendors, creating timeline, site visit and evaluation, and coordinating on day of event. 

All vendor fees, rentals, supplies, permits, venue, and others not in the scope of what is provided in our planning and design service are additional. Subject to vendors prices and availabi

Backdrop rentals are available upon request. We carry a variety of widely used wood backdrop panels. If you have certain backdrops in mind, please let us know.    We provide a discount when booking multiple backdrop arches and panels for the same event. 

Paint change is $50 per backdrop. Minimum of 1 week notice required Gold circle, half circle, or any non wood material backdrop cannot be painted and come as is.

Our service and travel includes delivery, on-site installation, clean up of our materials/equipment, striking and discard of balloons (if requested), and haul away/pick up (if necessary). Fees are determined based on distance from Corona, 92882 and length of time required to complete the project.
